How do you make sure everything is good quality?
We know how important quality is when it comes to your little ones— that’s why we’re picky (in the best way!).
Every item , from clothing to gear, is carefully checked to make sure it meets our standards. If we wouldn’t use it for our own families , it doesn’t make it into your parcel.
And before it reaches you? Everything is professionally cleaned , so it arrives fresh , safe , and beautifully ready to be loved again.
What’s your return policy?
We totally get that sometimes things don't work out.
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To keep things fair :
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed
- They should be returned in the same condition they arrived in
